Shipping is free on all orders $35.00 or more. This will be done through the least expensive method usually USPS Ground or UPS. Just be sure to select the method that is marked as free. Otherwise I try to use “if it fits, it ships” solution. Usually between $5 and $10 depending on what’s shipping.

Returns will be handled case by case. Rest assured when I guarantee satisfaction, that is what I mean. I stand behind my product and the scent’s I’ve created and I hope you love them just as much as I do.

If your items arrived damaged, please let me know ASAP so I can file the claim. I will re-ship the product within 24 hours.

My custom scent service is something quite unique. When you order a custom, I will contact you to set up a consultation, I usually will do this through a messaging service so that I will have the notes readily available from our conversation.

We will discuss the scents that you want and how those may be blended into Top, Heart, and Base notes.

After we have come to an agreement, I will create my vision of our discussion, blend a small sample batch of fragrance and let it mature for 48 hours. At that time I will make a sample Aromatic Draught (EDP Cologne) and allow it to sit for 7 days. I will test how the scent has macerated in that time and if I am satisfied, I will ship this sample to you.

If you are satisfied, I will produce your products requested. If you have alterations I will create one more batch with the changes you request and send another sample following the same schedule as before.

Once we have consensus on the product, I will produce the items you ordered and allow you to provide art (100% you), guide art (you tell me your idea and approve my creation), or request art (I will create original Wagoners design including a little “bread crumb” making this uniquely yours, even if you choose to allow it to be mainlined.

Tonic: After cleaning your beard/face and towel drying, apply 5-10 drops of tonic to the skin under your beard. Use the tips of the fingers to massage it in. Reapply throughout the day as desired.

Salve: Condition your beard hairs each night (or morning if you like to condition all day like me) before bed. Place a dime to quarter sized amount into your fingertips and rub until it melts completely. Apply to the hairs of the beard focussing on the ends. Then style your beard as you normally do. Leave in until your next face washing.
