In the shadows of the Cascades, where the mist of the Multnomah falls meets the heavy timber of the gorge, a unique history was written in trade. This blend is named for the Chinoos—the traditional Upper Chinook word for tobacco.
We’ve reimagined this ancient trade staple by marrying the earthy, rugged grit of Havana Tobacco and Sandalwood with the prized harvest of the region: the Rainier Cherry. The result is a complex profile that opens with a sharp zest of Bitter Orange, transitions into a decadent heart of Dark Chocolate and Vanilla Cream, and settles into a long-lasting, smoky wood finish.
The Profile
Primary Notes: Aged Tobacco, Sanded Sandalwood, Rainier Cherry.
Secondary Notes: Bitter Orange, Cocoa Bean, Vanilla Cream.
Vibe: Mid-winter in a cedar-built workshop; a pipe packed with sweet leaf; the first thaw of a mountain spring.
